Do you offer Cash on Delivery?

Yes. You pay in cash to the courier when your parcel arrives, anywhere we deliver in Pakistan.

How long does delivery take?

Orders usually arrive in 4-5 working days after dispatch. Remote areas can take longer.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver across Pakistan.

Is delivery free?

Delivery costs Rs 200 on orders under Rs 2,500. Orders of Rs 2,500 or more get free delivery.

How do I track my order?

When your order ships, we share the courier's tracking details if the courier provides them. You can also message us on WhatsApp at +92 334 1019584.

What if my item is damaged or not what I ordered?

Contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. Our Refund Policy explains the steps.

Can I cancel my order?

Contact us as soon as possible. Orders that have not been shipped yet can usually be cancelled.
