Where we deliver: across Pakistan.
Delivery time: usually 4-5 working days. Remote areas may take longer.
Delivery charge: Rs 200 on orders under Rs 2,500. Orders of Rs 2,500 or more get free delivery.
Payment: Cash on Delivery. Pay the courier when your parcel arrives.
Tracking: when your order ships we share courier tracking details if the courier provides them.

Please give a complete address and a phone number that is on and reachable, so the courier can reach you.
We may contact you on the number you provide to confirm your order.
Check your parcel when it arrives. If it is damaged or wrong, contact us within 14 days. See our Refund Policy.
